Sincerely, it was a perfectly pleasant stay of 9 nights. I enjoyed the room for tea making facilities. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

Good location, so close to Bin Dawood.

We booked twin room with comfortable bedding & practical personal lightings and could use wake-up service, available in it. The hotel was in a stunning location, to us everything was good.

My stay was really good of 9 nights. The hotel had a convenient position, very close to the Mosque. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Clean bathroom in the nicely decorated room. Best possible, lovely location very near to prophet's mosque. Again, walking distance to Saqifah Bani Saidah.

Overall the service was exceptional. The staff there were well-trained and helpful. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location just next door to mosque, the mountains of Ohod, and the commercial area.

The hotel was clean. The staff was caring, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. The breakfast was varied, with a huge variety of different options. The location was magnificent and perfect, central to eveything, and the bed spacious. Moreover, it was not too far away from Abu Bakar Masjed. My stay was value for money.

All in all everything was really good, had a really good stay of 9 nights. The breakfast was rich and delicious, well presented and with lots of options. The staff were caring, perfect location to the prophet's mosque.

An electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite television available in the standard quadruple room. Particularly good, marvellous location in Central Madinah district not far from the Prophet's mosque, Pakistani hotels serving curries, and Masjid al Nabawi-Al Haram.

I chose Saja Al Madinah for its proximity to Masjid Nabwi, and it exceeded my expectations. The additional facilities like concierge services, luggage storage, and 24-hour room service made my stay convenient. The expert staff, multilingual and hospitable, ensured a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

Room too small for four beds, bathroom poorly maintained and smelly. Difficulties with payment and limited options for room change.

I thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming ambience of the hotel. The decorations were pleasing, especially in the general areas, creating a serene and comfortable atmosphere for senior guests. The hotel's close proximity to the Prophet's Mosque was incredibly convenient for us senior folks, allowing easy access for prayers.

I would wish for clearer signage in the hotel to assist the elder guests in finding their way around more easily.
